GIRLS JUNIOR AMERICA'S CUP 
Executive Board
The Executive Board is elected by the Girls Junior America's Cup Committee or active captains at their annual meeting. The Executive Board consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of seven Team Captains. An Executive Board member must have served as a captain for three years and be willing to serve the GJAC on the Executive Board for a five year term. The general Board may reinstate a member for an additional term.

The purpose of the Executive Board is to conduct the business of the event, set long-range goals, review policy, establish guidelines, discuss problems, make recommendations to the Girls Junior America's Cup Committee and to give assistance to the various host organizations
